中文摘要 | 本研究為探討國小安親班教師的實務知識與教學意象,採用質化研究取向的個案研究法,蒐集三位安親班教師的實務知識相關資料。研究目的主要有:一、探討國小安親班教師實務知識的內涵;二、建構國小安親班教師個案的教學意象;三、探討國小安親班教師實務知識對教育的意義。研究結果呈現出三位個案教師各有不同的教育觀、學生、課程、一般教學、經營管理、環境等知識,研究者嘗試建構三位安親班教師在實務知識各層面所呈現的意象。研究者從安親班教師實務知識發現九點重要意義,並根據上述的研究結果,歸結出能「存活」才是安親班教師有用的知識,並提出若干建議以供參考。 |
英文摘要 | The main idea of this research is about teachers in child care centers, their practical knowledge and teaching images. The approach of case study, a qualitative research method, was employed by the researcher. The researcher collected his information from three teachers who worked in child care centers. The purposes of this research are as follows: (1) To explore the content of practical knowledge from teachers who worked in child care centers. (2) To portray these teachers' teaching images. (3) To deliberate the significance of these teachers' practical knowledge.Eventually, the researcher found that, three teachers embraced different practical knowledge separately. He gave his discourse from a number of views, where they worked in. The researcher also tried to portray their teaching images through each view which mentioned above.The researcher realizes 9 crucial points by means of these teachers' practical knowledge in child care centers. In conclusion, according to the above-mentioned study, the researcher thinks that “how to survive in the markets of child care centers” is the key point of teacher's practical knowledge in child care centers. Some suggestions are presented here for a further study in the future. |
