日本大学多样化入学选拔模式，以大学自主选拔为基础、各种选拔方式相互补充，体现出选拔统一性与多样性相结合的特点。日本大学多样化入学选拔模式的形成，适应了不断发展高等教育的要求；多样化入学选拔得以实施，是大学、考生、政府、高中和各学协会五个利益群体共同参与、相互作用的结果。从日本的经验可知，大学入学多样化改革是一个渐进发展的过程。

From Japan's experience， we can see that the reform of university entrance is a gradual process of development involved with multi-role forces.
