Enhancing the Attractiveness of Vocational Education: The International Experience and Inspiration for China

世界各国都不同程度地存在着职业教育缺乏吸引力的问题。从比较的视角来看，各国在增强职业教育吸引力方面均有一些成功的实践。借鉴国际成功经验，我国应该从完善相关政策制度、建设优质职业教育资源和环境等方面来实现职业教育吸引力的提升。

How to enhance the attractiveness of vocational education is an international issue. From a comparative perspective we can find that different nations have adopted separate strategy in enhancing the attractiveness of vocational education and we can conclude some shared experience. To enhance the attractiveness of vocational education in China， we should improve the related policies and institutions of vocational education， construct high quality educational resources and a vocational education system with Chinese characteristics.
