大众化高等教育发展中的结构矛盾及其变革

On the Structural Contradictions and Reform in the Popularization of Higher Education

中国高等教育正从精英化阶段向大众化阶段发展。本文评述了不同学科对高等教育大众化的理解，分析了从精英教育向大众化教育转型中的结构性矛盾，指出实现高等教育大众化，需要支撑系统的多元化、管理模式的多层化以及形式和平的多样化。

It is believed that higher education shows a tendency toward popularization. The thesis theoretically explains the popularization of higher education， analyzes the structural contradictions in the transformation of the elite education into the popularizing education. And the thesis puts forwards that the popularization of higher education is realized by means of the multiplicity of supporting system， different levels and various forms of management model.
