教育明瑟收益性别差异的实证分析

An Empirical Analysis of Gender Differences in Mincerian Rate of Returns to Education

通过对 1996—2000年统计数据的分析，本文对中国教育明瑟收益率的性别差异进行了统计性检验，证实了女性高于男性。另外，采用剔除工龄对收入影响的方法，本文讨论了利用男女混合数据得出的明瑟收益率不在利用分性别数据得到的明瑟收益率之间的原因。

With statistical data from 1996 to 2000， this paper tests whether the gender difference in Mincerian rate of returns to education is statistically significant， and confirms that women’s rate is higher than that of men. In addition， by eliminating the influence of working tenure upon income， this paper successfully clears the confusion of why Mincerian rates based on gender—mixed samples are sometimes higher or lower than the rates when females or males are considered separately.
