中文摘要 | 过分一律是中国进一歩实现高等教育大众化的最大障碍。这 “过分一律”表现在高等教育机构、专业口径、培养目标、教学模式、评价标准和管理体制与机制等方面,并以精英教育为样版。作者认为,我国国情决定高等教育大众化应以多样化为前提。多样化既包括高等教育机构类型、层次、形式、办学主体和服务面向的不同,也包括因需求和个性差异而带来的专业、培养目标、教学方式和管理制度的不同。前者称为”机构多样化”,后者称为”管理多样化”。作者叙述了多样化的途径,讨论了多样化与统一性的关系。 |
英文摘要 | How to deal with Chinese mass higher education in an imperative problem. The solution is to diversify higher education in China. Enumberating some phenomena of over─uniformity in Chinese higher education the author believes that the diversity of the higher education is the prerequisite of mass higher education. In this paper the “diversity” is defined in the context of current situation of Chinese higher education, and is classified into two categories i.e. “institutional” and “managerial” , and is a “structural diversity” also introduced in between. It indicates some approaches to the diversity in Chinese higher education. By taking some examples, the author explains how to integrate the diversity and generality in Chinese higher education institutions. |
