英文摘要 | The Roads to Success (RTS) program, as an ongoing part of their middle and high school assistant program, was launched in early 2005, aiming at building connections between students’ school experiences and their aspirations for adulthood. As a comprehensive guidance program, through setting fully articulated six-year curricula and active teaching methods, RTS was designed to motivate students to study hard, to help students get skills for job market, and help poor students develop education plans and career plans for the future. This program will be helpful for poor students to get into universities and colleges. |
