英文摘要 | Quality Rating and Improvement System (QRIS) represents a new strategy adopted by state governments of America. QRIS aims at assuring and improving qualities of early childhood education by rating them as well as providing them with a series of professional supports and financial incentives, increasing transparency of the quality information to parents and enhancing the parents’ ability of evaluation and making choice among various programs. This system is market-oriented in the operation, comprehensive and accurate in the content. The inspirations which China could learn from are discussed in three aspects; value orientation, content and standards of evaluation, and the operating idea. |
