Sukhomlinski’s Educational Theories and the Happiness Education

前苏联著名的教育思想家和实践家苏霍姆林斯基认为，理想的教育应是“培养真正的人……这是教育应该追求的恒久性、终极性价值”。追寻大师的足迹，我们提出并实践了“幸福教育”。“幸福教育”要通过构建幸福课堂、打造幸福校园、促进教师幸福等多种途径来实现。教育以幸福为目的，既是一种实然事实的存在，也是一种应然价值的追求；既是一种教育思想，更是一种教育实践。

Sukhomlinski was a famous ideologist and practitioner of education in the Soviet Union. He insisted that the ideal education should be aimed at developing a real person， and it should be the permanent and ultimate value which the education should pursue. Following the educational master of Sukhomlinski’s footsteps， we have proposed the concept of “Happiness Education” and put it into practice. Only through creating happy classrooms， building happy schools， promoting teachers’ happiness and other approaches， can the concept of “Happiness Education” become reality. The pursuit of happiness should be the purpose of education.
