Causes, Measures and Experiences of Benin Dual Apprenticeship Reform

贝宁双元学徒制改革是内外多重因素共同作用的结果。改革采取了改组国家职业教育管理机构、组建职业继续培训与学徒制发展基金会、构筑双重国家资格认证体系、实施职业教育课程项目化改革等举措，为非洲地区乃至其它发展中国家的职业教育改革提供了可供借鉴的经验。

The reform of the dual apprenticeship in Benin results from the multiple reasons. The reform includes restructuring national technical and vocational education administration， establishing Benin Continuing Vocational Training and Apprenticeship Development Fund， constructing the national dual qualification system， and implementing the reform of the technical and vocational education curriculum projectization.
