英文摘要 | NCLB Act is in the process of reauthorization, and different point of views came out. Three different establishments have been addressed in this paper: supports who asking for reauthorizing the Act without much more revision, revisers who calling for heavy modification, and opponents who appealing for killing the Act. The paper concludes that debating process around NCLB is meaningful to a democratic country and it is helpful for the country to reframe the K-12's policy which is becoming more comprehensive and more perfect. |
