Twenty Years of Education in Russia: Reform, Gains and Losses

俄罗斯社会转型已进入第20个年头，期间的教育改革一直持续。本文将这20年分成[叶利钦时代]、[普京时代]和[梅普组合时代]三个阶段，分别考察各个阶段中俄罗斯教育改革的特点与存在的问题，试图在俄罗斯社会政治、经济转型的大背景之下分析其教育改革20年的得与失。

The social transformation in Russia has already entered into the twentieth year and education reform has lasted all through these years. The paper divides the twenty years into three periods-- [Yeltsin Times]， [Putin Times] and [Combination of Medvedev and Putin] times， and respectively discusses the characteristics and problems of education reform among the three periods. The thesis also tries to analyze the gains as well as the losses of this education reform during the twenty years in context of the transformation of social politics and economy in Russia.
