It is a historic period for China to become a nation of strong human resources rather than tremendous population. Principals are not only a kind of important human resource, but also a guarantee to develop and provide human resources of high quality. China advocates educational is to run schools, so it is of great value to study the model of American leadership development programs and its supportive policies. |
