英文摘要 | Social justice leadership is one of the three main synthetic paradigms of the study on contemporary educational leadership in the western world. It is rooted in the rise of globalization and diversification. It is also on behalf of the modern western education leadership paradigm shift. Focusing on equality and justice in ethical issues in the field of school education, social justice-driven school leaders take positive action to eliminate inequalities and create a more just school environment, with the ultimate aim to promote access to each student’s academic and social success. In recent years, social justice leadership has won its diversity meanings and a series of action strategies in the daily schools leaders practice have been developed to apply the belief in social justice to practice. |
