英文摘要 | Japan government began to implement the legal personalization reform in national universities in April, 2004. For this purpose, a series of reform strategies were put forward in Nagoya University, including strengthening the structural reform of the principal’s organizational running structure, reforming financial system and obtaining the competitive funding positively. The administrative reforms in Nagoya University are characterized of management, mainly by means of enhancing management to future comprehensive reform and improve teaching quality and effectiveness. Nagoya University’s experience has some implication to Chinese university system reform. |
