加强军官学校学员的人格教育，是适应当前国际战略形势变化和世界新军事变革发展对军事教育提出的必然要求。与美国军官学校人格教育相比，我国军官学校学员人格素质教育与完成我军新阶段历史使命的要求尚存不少的差距。加强我国军官学校学员人格教育是我们面临的重要课题。

The personality education for the cadets is to adapt to the development of current international strategic situation and the requirement of military reform to military education. In contrast with US service academies， our character education is still backward in discharging the new mission of the 21st century. It is an important task to speed up the character education in China’s military academies.
