英文摘要 | The fact that Professor Community interacts with the principal while participating in the university business manifests the idea that university is an academic as well as democratic organization. In Japan's university, the interaction between Professor Community and the principal has established along with the formation of the autonomous tradition of faculty meeting. Professor Community took shape with the development of modern university. Professor Community took the leading role in this interaction at that time. |
