中文摘要 | 推行绩效工资是美国多年来教师教育改革的一项重要举措。近年来,由于金融危机及其带来的影响,公立学校不同程度地遭遇了财政危机,中小学教师绩效工资改革也因此而受到相当程度的影响。本文通过分析美国教师绩效工资改革的内外部影响因素,总结了美国中小学教师绩效工资改革的新经验,以对我国正在进行的义务教育阶段教师绩效工资改革提供借鉴。 |
英文摘要 | Implementing teacher performance pay is an important step which American government has taken to improve teacher education for many years. In recent years, the financial condition of American public schools has been greatly affected by global financial crisis, and thus caused the slowness of the reform of teacher performance pay. Through typical cases, this paper sums up the new types of teacher performance pay plans, and analyzes the interior and exterior factors that affect teacher performance pay. |
