英文摘要 | Teacher professional identity stands at the core of the teaching profession. Ongoing educational reform has transformed the conditions and meaning of work for teachers. It also requires a corresponding construction of teacher professional identity. The construction of teacher professional identity refers to the demands of societal and cultural institutions, as well as their personal teaching beliefs and professional allegiance, which reflects the convergence of individual and society, instrumental and ontological values. |
