关照学生课后教育：瑞典学童看护制度与启示

Concerns with After-school Education to Pupils：a Case Study on Childcare System for Schoolchildren in Sweden

瑞典学童课后看护制度源于社会福利诉求，而近年逐渐转向教育关照，且从数量扩张走向质量提升。我国可参照瑞典经验，逐渐由政府统筹协调，为学生提供课后教育与看护服务，以解决我国的农村留守儿童问题，同时也能够为实施素质教育拓宽时空。

The childcare system for schoolchildren in Sweden originated from the demands for social welfare. During the past decade， emphasis was gradually put on its function of education， which was quality-oriented， rather than quantity-oriented. Referring to the Swedish experience， Chinese government could try to provide childcare services for pupils. That is a way to solve the problem of the left-behind children in rural areas， to implement education for all-around development.
