英文摘要 | The childcare system for schoolchildren in Sweden originated from the demands for social welfare. During the past decade, emphasis was gradually put on its function of education, which was quality-oriented, rather than quantity-oriented. Referring to the Swedish experience, Chinese government could try to provide childcare services for pupils. That is a way to solve the problem of the left-behind children in rural areas, to implement education for all-around development. |
