英文摘要 | Education act is an important means to lead, monitor and manage education. Its prominence and complexity is becoming more and more obvious. It is the function of the state to promote educational development under the sound education act. Ever since 1970, America has enacted a series of act for the education of individuals with disabilities that have efficiently promoted the development of American special education. This paper focuses on the effectiveness and problems of these acts in a historical perspective. |
