国外中小学课程平衡性研究

Development of a Balanced Curriculum in Foreign Elementary and Secondary Schools and Its Enlightenments

对课程平衡性的关注是20世纪以来国外中小学课程发展中的重要方面。课程平衡性以课程改革为契机，呈现出相对性与多层次性，也表现出前提性缺失与实践性缺失。国外课程平衡性的追求为我国新课程改革提供了有意义的启示。

Paying close attention to the issue of balance is one of the most important aspects in curriculum development in foreign elementary and secondary schools. The balance in curriculum emerged in the curriculum reforms and it is a relative issue with multi-levels. The balance may get lost in the curriculum planning stage and also may have practical losses. Seeking balance in curriculum in foreign countries could give us enlightenments on the further implementation of current New Curriculum Reform in China.
