An Analysis of the Development of Street Children During the Social Transition in Russia

流浪儿童是俄罗斯处境不利儿童中的一个特殊群体，在生活、教育、安全和心理等方面存在着诸多问题。社会转型时期的俄罗斯全面关注流浪儿童的成长，本文从俄罗斯社会转型时期流浪儿童成长问题的现状、原因及其对策等几个角度对此进行探析。

Street children are one special groups among Russian disadvantaged children， and they are facing many problems in terms of life， education， safety and mentality. During the social transition in Russia， the government has been paying great attention to the development of street children. Drawing useful lessons from Russian practices will be useful to the development of street children in China. This essay tentatively analyzes the issue in question in the perspectives of the current situation and causes， and the strategies for solving the problem of street children’s development during the social transition in Russia.
