Since entering into the new century， American Postgraduate Education has made rapid development and progress and kept the leading status in the world in terms of size and quality. But it also meets a series of problems and challenges at present. American government and non─governmental organizations make responses to these problems. They have issues corresponding reports and plans to deal with these problems through specific measures.
