灾难教育中的学习资源开发：来自国外的经验与启示

Learning Material Development in Disaster Education：the Experiences from other Countries and Its Enlightenment

从历史与现实的角度来看，我国一直是一个灾难频发的国家。但是长期以来，我国中小学校中的灾难教育工作却一直没有得到重视。随着近年来自然灾害的频繁发生，加强中小学校中的灾难教育势在必行。如何开发出具有地域特色、被学生所欢迎的学习资源，是一个非常关键的问题。借鉴国外，尤其是和我国类似的灾难频发国家在这一方面的经验和成果，可以对我国灾难教育中学习资源的开发起到有益的借鉴作用。

China is a high─risk natural disaster country viewing historically and contemporarily. However， for a long time， the disaster education has been ignored in the secondary and primary school. Frequent natural disasters in recent years make imperative to strengthen the disaster education in secondary and primary schools. Developing learning materials with local characteristics and are accepted by students become a key issue. We can draw on the experience and good results from other countries， especially the high─risk natural disaster countries in the development of learning materials of disaster education in our country.
