美国学生事务管理不断吸引着我国学生事务管理领域内外的专家学者对其进行研究和介绍。本文主要对1995年以来我国学者对美国高校学生事务管理研究状况进行综述，内容主要涉及美国高校学生事务的概念、影响美国高校学生事务管理的哲学思想、美国高校学生事务管理的起源、演变和发展、管理模式、特点及其对我国高校学生事务管理的启示等方面。

The administration of student affairs in American colleges and universities are of great interest to Chinese scholars over the last ten years. This article summarizes the studies in this area conducted by Chinese scholars since 1995. It includes the concepts， concerning philosophical theories， history， models， and features of the student affairs administration in American colleges and universities.
