It travels across the boundaries of cultures and cultivates intercultural qualities of participants who live in a world of cultural co-existence. Multicultural education responds to the understanding between the social and cultural changes and the tracks of educational development. It is an approach to achieve peace， freedom and social justice. More important， it is the direction of international education reform.
