美国加州纳米技术研究院创新运营模式及其启示

Innovative Operation Pattern of California NanoSystems Institute and its Inspiration to China

为了占据21世纪科技发展的制高点，美国加州政府推动成立了美国加州纳米研究院，其英文全称为California NanoSystems Institute(以下简称CNSI)。CNSI以加州大学洛杉矶分校(UCLA)和加州大学圣芭芭拉分校(UCSB)为技术支撑，依靠其独特的运营模式，紧密地将研究界、产业界和投资界联系到一起，促进了技术研究、成果转化和产业投资的协调发展。CNSI运营模式对我国科技的发展、技术的创新，以及高科技成果的产业化具有一定的借鉴作用。

In order to lead the development of science and technology in the 21st century， the state government of California facilitates the establishment of California NanoSystems Institute (CNSI) in USA. With the strong academic support from UCLA and UCSB， CNSI successfully integrates the wisdoms from the research， entrepreneur and investment world in the synergistic development of research， technology transfer and industrial investment through implementing its own operation pattern. The introduction of CNSI operation pattern in China will be beneficial to the development of science and technology， the technical innovation and the industrialization of academic research outcome in the country.
