本文对我国商学院和世界一流商学院的师资状况进行了比较，分析了职称结构、学历结构、学术带头人，以及专业研究领域的具体情况，对我国商学院师资中所有存在的问题进行了分析。

With the development of market economic and the high demands for business professionals， business education in China faces dramatic competition. Domestic business school should consider seriously about how to grasp the opportunities and face the challenges in order to survive and develop in the global business education competition. As the main factor of business education， production of business professionals and academic research， teachers' qualification plays a decisive role in the global competition. It is necessary to identify gaps in teaching force between the world-class business schools and ours and provide recommendation for improvement based on comparative studies on this topic.
