中文摘要 | 为了为基础教育特别是农村及贫困落后地区培养优秀教师,自2007 年起师范生免费教育政策在教育部直属六所师范大学开始实施。两年来,从招生情况看,学生报考踊跃,学生的整体水平也比往年有所提高。但是针对这些师范生进行的研究尚处于初级阶段。了解他们的需求,追踪他们思想的变化,为他们的成长提供最优质的环境是目前师范生研究工作的重点之一。本研究试图通过对英语专业免费师范生的跟踪调查,了解他们在师范生身份认同和课程需求方面的感受和看法,为今后的英语免费师范生教育改革提供建议和实证依据。 |
英文摘要 | In 2007, free education for normal university students was provided in the six normal universities attached to the Ministry of Education with an aim of educating excellent teachers for basic education especially for schools in the rural and under-developed areas. In the past two years, such a policy was highly acknowledged by high school graduates and the overall abilities of those who have been recruited are better than previous students. The current work is to conduct research on these students to understand their needs and follow the change of their mind so that the most suitable environment can be provided to support their professional development. This research intends to understand their feelings towards university life and thoughts of the curriculum for normal English major students as well as their process of understanding their identity as would-be teachers for rural and under-developed areas. The research findings would serve as suggestions and rationale for future reforms in free education for normal English major students. |
