中文摘要 | 本文是在社会建构主义视角下对本科英汉笔译教学的一次尝试。借助社会建构主义的学习观、学生观、师生角色定位和学习环境的观点,结合翻译教学的特点,笔者尝试将以教师为中心、一对多的教学模式转变为以学生为中心、多对多的模式,创建鼓励学生主动理解、主动建构知识和能力的环境和相应的机制,以激发学生学习的兴趣和潜力。通过问卷调查和教学反思,笔者认为该尝试基本实现了预期的教学目标,较好地完成了教学任务,实现了教学相长,但也存在一定问题。 |
英文摘要 | This paper is a tentative social-constructivist approach to the teaching of English-Chinese translation to junior undergraduates. On the basis of a questionnaire collected at the end of the first E-C translation course (I), the author, regarding learning as a collaborative, acculturative, and quintessentially social activity under Social Constructivism, tried to create a learner-empowered environment guaranteed by institutionalized mechanisms, both in class and after class, for translator competence buildup. The data collected at the end of the second E-C translation course (II) coupled with the author's own teaching reflections proves that this pedagogical approach is worth trying, though there is still room for future improvement. |
