基于开放式管理模式的高校师资队伍建设的思考

Thinking on Chinese Universities’ Teachers Management based on the Opening Mode

国际竞争日趋激烈，高校教育正面临着前所未有的机遇和挑战，实施开放式管理模式已经成为建设世界一流大学的全球化趋势。本文界定了开放式管理模式的内涵，阐述了开放式高校师资队伍建设管理模式的必要性，提出了基于开放式管理模式的高校师资队伍建设的六方面措施，从而为开放式格局下，高校的师资队伍建设提供新的思路。

With the increasingly fierce international competition， university education is facing unprecedented opportunities and challenges， the implementation of opening model management has become a globalization trend in the process of building a world--class university. This article defines the management of opening mode， the necessity of building opening model of management of universities’ teachers， proposes six--building measures on how to build the chinese universities’ teachers management based on the opening mode， so as to provide a new way of thinking of the management of the universities’ teaches under the opening pattern.
