新形势下加强大学生思想教育工作的思考

加强大学生思想政治教育工作是高校工作的一项重要内容，随着我国高等教育的快速发展，许多高校加大了对教育教学及内部体制的改革，使得高校学生思想政治教育工怍出现了许多新情况、新问题，给高校学生思想教育工作者带来了全新的挑战。本文从构建组织体系、优化育人环境、落实推进措施等几方面，探讨如何加强大学生思想政治教育工作。

It is one of the important tasks for universities to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education. With the rapid development of higher education in our country， many universities have deepened the reform on education， teaching and inner system， which brought about many new situations and problems in the ideological and political education on college students and completely new challenges to educators. Discussion is made in this paper on how to strengthen college students’ ideological and political education in terms of the following aspects； forming organizational system， improving educational environment and carrying out advancing measures.
