浅谈高职高专院校外语专业开设企业文化课程重要性

高职高专院校人才培养的目标和外语专业的学科单一性要求高职高专院校外语专业毕业生必须具备[外语＋专业技能]综合素质才能在当今严峻的就业形势中脱颖而出。企业文化在社会组织文化的主要载体角色、企业文化课程教育对高职高专教育的重要作用以及实施企业文化课程教育的可行性使高职高专院校外语专业开设企业文化课程势在必行。高职高专院校外语专业可在师资培养、实训基地建设、[订单式]互动教育等方面积极发挥企业文化课程在外语专业教学的重要作用。

Due to the educational target of higher vocational college and the utility o f foreign language major， the graduates are required to obtain the co-capability [Fl + Professional Skill] to win in the sharp job hunting situation. It is urgent that the course corporate culture should be arranged in foreign language major in higher vocational college because corporate culture plays the main carrier in social organization culture， and the course， easy to carry out， is important to higher vocational college education. Foreign language major in higher vocational college could strengthen the talents of faculty， reinforce the construction of training centre and the interactive educational [Booking Pattern] to accelerate the course corporate culture in foreign language major teaching.
