A Study on the Problems of Classroom Instruction and its Ways to Innovation

斑級教學是學校教育的核心活動,其實施的良窳攸關學生的學習成效。國內自從九年一貫課程實施之後,由於此次課程改革的幅度相當大,因而對於斑級教學也帶來不小的衝擊。尤其是其所引發的問題,對於教師的教學形成極大的挑戰。綜觀這些問題,從鉅觀的層面來看,主要涉及斑擊數學中,有關教學資源、教學目標、教學管理、教學策略、教學設計以及教學評量等方面。事實上,每一個方面都隱含了若干影響斑級教學的問題,亟需教育工作者集思廣益,謀求解決之道。基於此,本文也根據上述的分析與討論,提出了以下五個努力的方向,包括:(1)善用可能的教學資源,增進學習者的學習成效;(2)洞悉擬定的教學目標,發揮引導教學的功能;(3)採取積極的教學管理,提高教與學的整體效能;(4)規劃縝密的教學設計,確保意義化的學習活動;(5)發展有效的教學評量,促進教學與評量的連貫。整體而言,九年一貫課程雖然對於斑級教學造成相當大的挑戰,但其尊重學生,考量學習者興趣和需求,結合學生生活經驗的教育主軸,明確符合教育的本質和發展。是以,教師若能解決其中所存在的技術性問題,並輔以相關的配套的措施,強化其專業知能,必能把每一位學生帶上來。
英文摘要
Classroom instruction is a vital part of school education. The implementation of classroom instruction affects students’ learning. In Taiwan, since the implementation of Nine-Year Articulated Curriculum having a widely-changed reform, classroom instruction faces a tremendous impact. Problems especially causing from the curriculum reform bring a great challenge to teachers. Judging from those problems from a maximum point, they are concerned with instructional resources, instructional objectives, instructional management, instructional strategies, instructional planning and instructional evaluation in classroom. As a matter of fact, each aspect of classroom instruction includes some problems affecting teaching and waits for educators racking their brains trying to work out solutions to those problems. Based on this point, the paper makes five suggestions in the near future according to the above-mentioned analysis and exploration. These five directions are: (1)making good use of instructional resources to improve learners’ efficiency;(2)having a good understanding of instructional objectives to perform these functions effectively; (3)adopting aggressive instructional management to increase the efficiency of teaching and learning;(4)mapping out well-knit instructional planning to ensure having a meaningful learning;(5)working out effective evaluation on teaching to accelerate the connection between teaching and evaluation. On the whole, Nine-Year Articulated Curriculum brings a big challenge to classroom instruction but its key concepts including respecting students, balancing learners’ interests and needs, and associating with students’ experience evidently seize the essence and development of education. Therefore, if teachers can solve the technical problems, use careful strategies, and improve expertise, they are able to equip students for life.
