Analysis of Modularize construction and Running Quality of High quality Course

网络教学平台在E-Learning 中发挥着基础性的支撑作用，近几年获得了广泛的应用，但各种网络教学平台的功能也越来越趋向同质化，功能在低层次上徘徊，没有跟上技术的发展和新的教学发展趋势。本文首先分析了影响网络教学平台发展和变革的两大因素：学习理念的演变和计算机技术的进步，然后从学习设计、面向服务的体系架构、适应性学习、协作学习、移动学习、智能答疑、发展性评价、学习过程信息的采集与分析、标准化等九个方面介绍了网络教学平台的最新发展趋势。

Accompany with the progress of social informationization， transformation occurs in talents training mode of high education. The teaching and learning way is improved attributed to the learning theory of Constuctralism and postmodernism as well as the learning method of self-learning、collaborative Learning. In order to enhancing the quality of education， our country is brought out “national high quality course” which might bring the heat of open resource network course construction in high education. This article researches on high quality course and takes statistical analysis and content analysis as researching method. It starts from the introduction about 1100 high-quality courses among 2003-2006 and lays heavy stress on modularize construction and running quality of open resource network courses which can be used. Finally， it summarizes the actuality of high-quality course and seeks the problem of them so that proposes suggestions for the construction of high-quality courses in high education and provides reference of cultivating talent and educational reform for future studying.
