论中国电大远程教育的可持续发展

On Sustainable Development of Distance Education in China

本文分析了网络教育崛起所引起的中国现代远程教育格局的变化，以及广播电视大学应对挑战所作出的努力，提出了争取国家立法，落实大学定位，调整发展思路，探索发展模式，正确处理好若干关系等措施，以促进电大远程教育在新的历史时期的和谐、健康、可持续发展。

The article analyzes the structure change of China distance education arisen by web─based education and the effort RTVU has made to meet the challenges. The author puts forwards the measures to strive for national legistration， to orientate the RTVU， to adjust thought of development， to explore the model of development， to deal with various relationship during the development， in order to promote harmonious， healthy and sustainable development of distance education of RTVU in the new era.
