課程開發：優質遠程教育的基礎 ─ 聯合國教科文組織遠程教育教席系列國際研修班述評

Course Development：Foundation of Quality Distance Education ─ Review of UNESCO Chair’s Serial of International Training Workshops

課程的設計與開發歷來都是開放與遠程學習的重要組成部分。而且，隨著遠程教育的發展，課程開發也不斷呈現的特色，如網絡課程、電子學習內容等的涌現。基於此，聯合國教科文組織遠程教育教席系列國際研修班的首期”品牌課程開發案例分析”於10月22─25日在上海召開。本文概括和總結了本期研修班的主要內容，期望能對遠程課程的設計與開發的理論研究與實踐有所啟發。

Course design and development is one of the important part of open and distance learning. With the development of distance education， course design and development presents new characteristics， such as the appearance of web─based course， e─learning contents， 2005. Case Studies of Quality Curriculum Design an Development in Selected Subject Areas in ODL， which is the first issue of UNESCO Chair’s Serial of International Training Workshops， was hold on Oct. 22─25， 2005 in Shanghai. The paper summarized the main contents of the workshop that would enlighten the research and practice in the design and development of distance courses.
