英文摘要 | Almost all of the Educational Technologists and Performance Technologists are facing the problems of how to implement HTP in various organizations effectively in recent years. Why wont’ clients listen to us?Why are our methods, apparently convincingly powerful and potentially effective to us, not accepted and acknowledged more widely?In fact, it is very difficult and complicated to implement HTP successfully. This article tries to analyze the reasons, and then give some practical suggestions. |
