我國教師教育已經呈現出終身化、多元化、高層化、專業化、綜合化、信息化等發展趨勢，教育專業自學考試必須拓展考試功能，提升考試層次，調整專業設置和學科比例，變更培養目標，優化課程體系，變革考核方式。只有這樣，教育專業自學考試才能更加適應時代、社會發展的需要，保持可持續發展。

There is a trend in our teacher education， such as integration， high-standarelization， multilization， comprehensive， informationization and specialization. We must expand functions of the exams， promote the level of exams， adjust the offered courses and the ratios of subjects， change the training objects， and reform the system of curriculum and modify methods of evaluation， etc. only by these ways can we keep abreast of the times， meet the needs of the times and ensure a sustained and reasonably rapid in self-study examinations
