英文摘要 | The evaluation of web-based learning aims to monitor the study, guarantee the quality of learning and promote the students’ development. The learning evaluation of web-based courses based on the learning objectives follows the principles of paying attention to learning process and evaluationaims, evaluation by means of network and integrating humanism. It should also link the evaluation with the courses so as to realize the goal of promoting learning through evaluation. So this paper discusses some strategies of designing the learning evaluation.
