Research on Factors Affecting the Effective Use of IT in Schools in America: Analysis and Implication

美國開展信息技術教育應用的歷史比較長，且很早就開始研究信息技術投入的有效性問題。文章從三個不同視角即革新推廣汗實施的角度、影響教師應用的角度和其他相關研究分別介紹和分析了美國影響信息技術在學校教育中應用的因素，希望能對我國信息技術在中小學教育中有效應用具有借鑿意義。

In the United States， there is a long history of using IT in education. Furthermore， researches about validity of using IT into schools started even earlier than other countries. Through reviewing the literatures， the authors would like to share with the readers some findings from researches on factors affecting the effective use of IT in schools in America. From three perspectives， they are， the Diffusion of Innovation Theory， the researches on factors affecting teachers’ use and some other related studies. The authors believed this study will benefit schools where effective use of IT right now is the hot topic in China.
