| 中文摘要 | 本研究探討如何應用Google Gemini Gems技術建構智慧代理人,以解決新任學校教師兼任行政人員在公文擬稿與擬辦時所面臨的挑戰。學校行政公文具高度規範性與法律性,新手行政人員常因經驗不足而面臨語體掌握不精及擬辦邏輯缺失等痛點。透過自定義指令(Custom Instructions)與知識庫上傳,本研究實作之「公文擬稿助理」能引導使用者理清辦文邏輯,並產出符合《文書處理手冊》規範的精確初稿。研究結果顯示,AI代理能顯著提升公文的精確度、合規性與邏輯性,有效縮短行政業務的熟悉週期,進而達成行政減量與降低教師工作倦怠之目標。 |
| 英文摘要 | This study explores the application of Google Gemini Gems to con¬struct a smart AI agent designed to assist novice teacher-administrators in official document drafting and processing. Official school documents require high levels of standardization and legal precision, often posing significant challenges for new staff due to a lack of administrative experi¬ence and mastery of formal language. By leveraging custom instructions and specialized knowledge bases, the“Document Drafting Assistant”de¬veloped in this research guides users through administrative logic and generates accurate drafts compliant with official manuals. The findings indicate that AI agents significantly enhance the precision, compliance, and logical structure of documents, effectively shortening the learning curve for administrative tasks, reducing burnout, and achieving the goal of administrative streamlining. |
