高等教育评价方法技术的误用、滥用及其矫正

Issues on Methodology of Assessment and Evaluation in Higher Education

高等教育评价方法技术是解决高等教育评价问题不可或缺的手段，但国内高等教育评价方法技术的应用水平一直比较低，相关研究也比较薄弱。本文基于对我国高等教育评价实践的观察，总结、分析了高等教育评价方法技术运用中存在的问题，提出了提高高等教育评价方法技术运用水平的若干建议。

Methods， tools and techniques serve as means of higher education assessment and evaluation. Unfortunately， the application of assessment methods and techniques hasn't been well developed and studies on this topic have been poorly conducted in the past three decades in China. Based on systematic observation of China's higher education assessment and evaluation， this paper identifies several problems in the application of assessment and evaluation methodology， and puts forward some suggestions to cure them.
