中文摘要 | 对于学科建设,方法论责无旁贷。方法论的缺位使整项研究失之毫厘谬以千里。教育领导研究在我国所走过的历程尽管短暂,却形成一条从人文科学研究范式经过自然科学研究范式直至当今流行的社会科学研究范式并走向综合的演变轨迹。但是,元框架的缺失往往导致研究只知其然而不知其所以然。以社会化为元框架,以校长专业发展为研究对象,本文试图为教育领导研究探索一条创新性的方法论路径。 |
英文摘要 | Methodology provides basic support for discipline construction. A study without methodology makes the whole research a great difference. In China, educational leadership research has gone through a short journey, but has formed a track of evolution from Humanities Paradigm through Nature Science Paradigm and the currently popular Social Science Paradigm and then to integration. Nevertheless, the absence of meta-framework tends to result in the knowledge of “How” rather than that of “Why”. Taking socialization as meta-framework and principal’s professional development as object of study, the author tries to explore an innovative methodological approach to educational leadership research. |
