英文摘要 | As a school leader or researcher involved in developing school heads training programs, it is important to know about the working conditions and the role and influence of school principals not only in his or her own country but also in other countries around the world. This article presents the latest development of European research in this field, the aims of European Union to develop a European school system and a model for European school leadership in a continent with 49 countries and even more languages, the foundation of national school heads associations and the European umbrella organization ESHA(European School Heads Association), the positions and projects of ESHA to implement the school head’s interests in the European integration process and the moral dimension of educational leadership. |
