高等专业教育视角下的”分专业高考制度”初探

The Speculation of “the System of Separating Test of Specialized Subjects”

高等教育是一种专业教育，高考是高等教育服务的，是为高等专业教育选拔有专业培养潜质的人才。现行高考制度忽略专业潜质的因素，过分强调公共课考试，不利于真正有专业潜质的人才的选拔。西方式的自主招生考试制度又不适合中国国情。于是，笔者试图提出”分专业高考制度”的构想，将高考的公共科目取消，实行分专业出题考试。这样能够满足每一个学生的专业兴趣发展，能够使每一个学生的专业潜质得以释放，从而促进中国高等专业教育的发展。

Higher education is a kind of professional education. The university entrance examination should serve for the higher education and should be designed to select talents who have capabilities. However， the current entrance examination neglects the professional components but overemphasizes the knowledge of common subjects. Therefore， it had disadvantage to select those who have the real professional quality. Because the independent selection system taken by western countries can not be introduced as it is into China. Here， the author tries to point out a new way called “separating test in specialized subjects” which means common subject tests should be replaced by the specialized examination which can promote the individuals’ professional quality forming， and strengthen the professional education in tertiary level.
