初论现代大学制度的本质及逻辑

A Rudimentary Understanding of the Essence and Logic of Modern University System

研究现代大学制度本质的视角可以是”大学本位”的，也可以是”制度本位”的。从”制度”的角度看，现代大学制度本质上是关于政治权力、经济权力和学术权力以及政治利益、经济利益和学术利益相互制衡的一系列规则体系。在理论基础上，现代大学制度应超越”一元”逻辑和简单的”多元”逻辑而走向有机的”制衡”逻辑。

When we study the essence of modern university system， we usually choose either university-centered optic angle or system-centered optic angle. From the view of system， the modern university is actually a system to strike a balance of powers as well as benefits among three parties， namely the governments， industries and universities. Therefore， the modern university system should surpass the “unitary logic” of the simplified “pluralistic logic” to be a “restraint logic”.
