中外合作独立学院投入体制改革研究

非独立设置和独立设置的两种组织形成构成了中外合作办学的主要模式。只有通过独立设置的办学模式才能使中外合作办学能够有建制、系统、全面、有效地引进国外优质教育资源。论文在借鉴经济学、教育学、社会学等领域学说的基础上，构建了中外教育股份合作制办学模式，使资金运作层和学校管理层实行双法人制，从而较好解决了资金管理和学校管理的专门化问题。该模式试图从理论和实践上，通过投入体制的改革来带动办学体制和管理体制的改革。

The most important models of Sino─foreign Cooperation in Education can be classified into two groups：dependent and independent models. Only by the independent model can we introduce the best quality of education abroad systematically and efficiently. The model of Sino─Foreign cooperative joint─venture in education， which is formed on introducing the theories form the liens of economics， education and sociology， operates with bi─legal representations so that we can realize the specialization in operating capital and the management of education. The sole purpose of this research is to promote the innovation of education operation system and management system in higher education by way of reforming the investing systems.
