亚洲医学院校PBL的实施和学生的体验

Implementation of Problem─Based Learning in Asian Medical Schools and Students’ Perceptions of Their Experience

为了调PBL在亚洲医学院校中的实施情况，作者收集和分析了相关的文献报导和会议报告。结果表明，大多数亚洲医学院校和学生对采用PBL是积极的，有些问题，在教师的帮助下，经短期适应后也被克服了。为保证PBL的成功实施，关键因素是学校行政管理人员的有力支持、PBL的设计和师生的培训。

In order to investigate the application of PBL in Asian medical schools， the author gathers and analyzes the published reports and presentations concerned. Results indicate that most Asian medical schools and their students appears to be positive about adapting to PBL in their curriculum. Some problems have been overcomed after a period of adjustment with the help of tutors. To ensure the successful implementation of PBL， the key factors are strong support from academic administrators， careful design of trigges problems and training of both faculty and students.
